E-way bill support

Bills generated, extended and cancelled correctly — including the intra-state limits and exemptions that change from one state to the next.

All servicesState-specific rules

An e-way bill is required for most inter-state consignments above ₹50,000 in value. For movement within a state the picture is different: the threshold, the exempt commodity list and the intra-city relaxations are set by each state, and they are not the same. We check the current notification for your state and your goods rather than applying the national default and hoping.

The other half of the job is validity. A bill that expires in transit is the most common reason consignments get detained, and the options narrow sharply once it has lapsed. We generate bills from your invoices, extend validity before expiry where transit is genuinely delayed, and handle Part-B updates when the vehicle changes. Where goods have already been detained, we help with the MOV-series paperwork and the release.

Questions

About e-way bill support

The things people ask us before they start.

  • My truck is delayed and the bill expires tonight. What now?

Validity can be extended within a window around expiry, with the reason for the delay recorded. Call us before it lapses — after expiry the options narrow sharply.

  • Is a bill needed for goods moving inside my own state?

Sometimes. Intra-state thresholds and exemptions are notified state by state, and several states exempt specified goods or short intra-city movements entirely. We check the notification that applies where you are.
